PHISA Foundation was honoured to be commissioned by the United States-based organization to pioneer the implementation of the Sebokeng Health Project in Vereeniging. The project included:
- The mobilization of communities and stakeholders for the establishment of the church-based primary health service
- The situational analysis of existing systems as well as identification of plans and activities for project implementation
- The assessment and implementation of the inputs, including infrastructure, personnel and resources for the health clinic
- The appointment of the clinic committee
